Lars Meinel

Lars is responsible for Learning and Development as well as People Performance Management within the Atos Group. He manages a global organization that covers all 72 countries of Atos, as well as all Business Units and Functions. Lars has implemented training and certification solutions that enables a reskilling of their employees so that they are capable of doing a different job, once they have successfully passed the certifications. Through the use of E-Learnings and blended training programs, he is able to ensure global consistency of the training content as well as a high quality of the results.

Lars will illustrate the necessity for an IT Service Provider like Atos to have a permanent reskilling and skills development in place, especially when the classic IT Infrastructure business is declining and is being replaced by digital services, it has become the mission critical for the success of Atos to reskill their people.
