He has proven ability in delivering short-long term results and end-to-end learning & talent solutions in multi country-culture environment. Successfully transformed & lead corporate Academies, implemented digital learning & assessment, shaped talent management and lead talent & leadership development programs in more than 47 countries across the globe. Jan is also an experienced senior talent and learning professional with strong business and human capital impact in complex organizations. Jan had international learning leader roles in Mercedes-Benz, ABNAmro bank and KPMG, before joining Wiley-Crossknowledge in 2015 as director of the Learning Institute.
