Felix Schumann

Felix manages processes for developing Talent across the organization with special focus on Learning and Performance Management. After having introduced several instruments for L&D serving post-merger integration, including earning an Award for Learning Culture, he has built up a new Performance Management Model that emphasizes the importance of dialogue between employee and manager.
